Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field, 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets, 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis, Experience with cube engine tools, Experience with SQL, Experience with Data warehouse
Nice to Have
Experience in financial modeling, Experience in P&L management, Experience in P&L analysis, 4+ years of continuous improvement projects, MBA, CPA, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with other financial systems, Experience with generative AI tools, Experience with prompt engineering, Experience building AI-powered workflows for finance use cases
What You'll Do.
Lead Headcount and OpEx month end reporting
Own end to end reporting process
Surface key insights and commentaries in monthly financial
Drive business decisions
Maintain and improve existing finance processes
Ensure data integrity and insightful analysis
Design and maintain automated dashboards
Track and analyze headcount metrics
Track and analyze operational expenses
Track and analyze commentaries
planning and forecasting for SPS Finance
Own monthly reporting
Support SPS Finance Director with CPH modeling
Create compelling data visualizations and presentations
Communicate headcount forecasts
Communicate operational expense analyses
Identify opportunities for process automation
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Improve headcount management systems
Improve expense tracking systems
Improve space allocation systems
Deliver key insights as trusted resource
Build financial models to address complex business questions
Support decision-making
Become Subject Matter Expert for Headcount and OpEx
Establish partnerships with Finance teams
Train peers and leaders
Support WW Selling Partner Services organization
Partner with key stakeholders
Surface key insights for leadership reviews
Drive AI tool development
and continuous improvement
Simplify and automate processes and reports
Lead process improvement projects with measurable results
