What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, 3–5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros, understanding of financial statements, GAAP principles, and CPG financial metrics including gross margin, trade spend, and category profitability, Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into business recommendations, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, High attention to detail combined with business and commercial acumen, Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs evolve
Nice to Have
preferably in FP&A or Commercial/Category Finance within the CPG, food and beverage industry, Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools, Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
What You'll Do.
Support annual budgeting
and scenario planning activities
Build and maintain customer-specific forecasts incorporating trade spend
and consumer demand trends
Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and management reporting packages
Develop KPI dashboards and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making
Build financial models for new product launches

and ad hoc business cases
Analyze promotional effectiveness
product portfolio performance
and cost savings opportunities
Improve reporting processes and data analytics capabilities through existing platforms and AI-enabled tools
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support executive-level presentations
