We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You will create and utilize data-driven analysis that holds the senior leaders of the business accountable to delivering budget targets. This candidate possesses effective communication skills, is self-motivated, is highly organized to meet deadlines, can extract insights from large and multiple data sets, can develop and maintain complex excel models and is passionate about growing the P&L. What you’ll be doing: - Establishing solid business partnerships with leaders across the business - Preparing presentations for the Senior Management team - Preparing, improving and streamlining the budgeting, forecasting and long term planning process - Performing deep analysis and scorecard against budget/forecast monthly and quarterly - Responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely month-end variance and management reporting - Providing analytical support and financial guidance to help with various business decisions. This includes developing new analyses and improving reports and metrics to better support senior leadership’s decision-making process And a little bit of… - Working on ad hoc projects as assigned; such as assessment of new business activities or change of process - Assisting with special requests from the executive team - Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role. What you need to bring: We’re a team of 10 people located globally. We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: - 3-5 years in progressive financial analysis experience - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance - Expert knowledge in Excel - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ex
