What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in FP&A, equity research, investment banking, or a related financial analysis role, foundation in financial modeling and forecasting, Demonstrated experience building and maintaining driver-based financial models that reflect operational realities
Nice to Have
Proficiency with FP&A platforms (e. g. , Abacum, Adaptive, Anaplan), advanced experience with data platforms (e. g. , Palantir Foundry), business intuition and the ability to distinguish material variances from noise, investigate root causes, and communicate findings with context, Track record of working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders to collect data and build productive working relationships
