Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field, 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience, Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis, Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Forecast construction projects at PO and CSI code
Coordinate with Project Managers
Provide controllership over individual projects
Benchmark costs of similar projects
annual and multi-year forecasting and budgeting
Lead monthly reviews of financial and operating metrics
Analyze variances to forecast
Manage data in financial systems
Develop automation programs to create insightful reports
Produce regular metrics reviews
Provide analytical support through deep-dive analysis
Improve and develop metrics decks with KPIs
Liaise with accounting teams on new programs
Train business teams on finance processes
Roll out new programs
Communicate platform changes
Take ownership for budgeting and forecasting for capital
Provide analytical support to key business partners

The GREF team develops and manages a large portfolio of owned office properties and leases across the globe with offices varying stages of the building life cycle, from ground up construction, to initial fit out, operations, and decommissioning. This role will be primarily responsible for financial analysis and reporting of capital expenditures, supporting preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and controllership of our North American and Latin American corporate office portfolio. This FP&A position will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to this high-growth organization This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for process improvement, who can drive automation efforts towards integration of financial systems to upstream data sources and input from vendors.
