Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, business transformation, procurement, or a related analytical role, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with financial modeling, KPI reporting, and performance analytics, Must have experience with SQL, Python or R Programming Language, Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, procurement, and business leaders, Experience with process automation and improving reporting efficiency, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing organizations, Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions, understanding of savings tracking, ROI measurement, and performance management, Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus

including monitoring realized versus planned savings opportunities

Monitor and report on initiative performance to ensure expected financial and operational outcomes are achieved
Prepare clear and concise presentations
and reporting packages for leadership review
Help establish reporting governance
