This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while translating financial data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, business understanding, and critical thinking. **What you will do** * Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities. * Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making. * Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other finance teams. * Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management. * Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. * Mentor more junior team members. **What You Will Need** * Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required * 4+ years of experience relevant experience required * Experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting preferred * Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and a
