Let us be the best place you'll ever work. **A Brief Overview** The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a key member of the finance team responsible for providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial performance across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while translating financial data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of curiosity and collaborative spirit, understanding that financial improvements are made through partnership, business understanding, and critical thinking. **What you will do** * Build and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts and risks and opportunities * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities. * Interpret and communicate financial analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to support informed decision-making. * Build and improve upon mechanisms that enable improved business performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other finance teams. * Provide accurate and timely reports to senior management. * Interpret and present data insights to leadership and key stakeholders. * Mentor more junior team members. **What You Will Need** * Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required * 4+ years of experience relevant experience required * Experience with data visualization tool Tableau, ability to create dashboards, visualizations and reporting preferred * Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and a
