We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide world-class accounting and finance support to high-growth venture-backed companies. You'll be a hands-on partner to CEOs and leadership team members at dynamic software and services companies. About this role: This role will support Topo’s team members in delivering high quality accounting and finance support to Topo’s customers. In this role, we’re looking for a high agency person with a strong understanding of the financial statements and an interest in startups. This role will become increasingly strategic as the individual grows within Topo. What You’ll Do: Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product-market-fit and accelerate growth Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change Plan for and execute fundraising objectives Communicate key updates to company board members Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management What We’re Looking For: You’re organized and demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy You have an interest in startups and are excited to influence business strategy You have a bias for action and like to take ownership of new projects Ability to communicate effectively with various senior stakeholders You are a voracious learner and can translate new learnings into action You love working with numbers and he
