Must Have
Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, cost management, or financial planning & analysis, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields, Advanced English level
Nice to Have
experience working in complex, matrixed, or international environments is highly valued, background in shared services, hubs, or transformation environments is a plus
What You'll Do.
Provide operational controlling support for costing and/or operating expenses
Ensure accurate and timely monthly closings
including COGS and expense reviews
and share results with Finance Business Partners and Budget Owners.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
including Annual Budget
and other planning cycles.
Perform cost control activities
monitoring production costs
and operating expenses against budget and objectives.
Prepare financial reports and scorecards
delivering variance analysis
and actionable recommendations.
Identify root causes of cost variances and partner with relevant departments to define and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory levels and support procurement‑related activities to ensure cost efficiency and financial discipline.
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
and Sanofi financial policies.
Partner closely with Finance Business Partners across GBUs
cohesive financial support to business leaders.
Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities
promoting standardization
Support the adoption and effective use of Sanofi finance systems
and tools (including SAGA
Promote best practice sharing and improved ways of working across the designated region.
Support key Finance initiatives and deliver ad hoc analyses and projects as required.
