What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a closely related discipline, proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, data visualization and analytics tools, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise sources, Proven track record of using data and insights to drive business decisions and improve business processes, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive, Power BI or other modern data visualization/financial systems tools, Prior experience supporting cross-functional financial transformation projects, Familiarity with AI-enabled forecasting or analytics tools
What You'll Do.
Assist in the development

Develop and communicate monthly financial performance reporting and insights
and process improvements across FP&A by leveraging financial systems and data platforms

and automation opportunities
Serve as a trusted finance and analytics partner to Business Unit leaders and executive stakeholders
Communicate complex financial and analytical insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partnering with Business Units to improve transparency, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes; Provides guidance, training and financial expertise to business units; Develop and communicate monthly financial performance reporting and insights—including revenue, expenses, margins, cost trends, risks, and opportunities—to Business Unit leaders, Cross Functional Teams, and the CFO; Serve as a trusted finance and analytics partner to Business Unit leaders and executive stakeholders; build effective relationships that influence decision-making
