**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Core Responsibilities** * Own inventory accuracy, timely issue resolution, and disciplined month‑end close execution * Develop VBA and analytics‑driven automation for FE unit inventory to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls * Leverage strong data and analytical skills to drive continuous process improvement and efficiency gains * Partner closely with global finance, manufacturing, and operations stakeholders to support standard costing and inventory accounting activities * Build deep understanding of Micron manufacturing flows, supply chain processes, product attribution, and inventory valuation * Support timely standard cost setting and inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods * Analyze and explain monthly changes in standard cost forecasts, inventory drivers, and manufacturing variances * Support inventory accounting activities including period‑end close, reconciliations, reserves, and forecast‑to‑actual analysis * Support monthly and quarterly forecast reviews, inventory performance tracking, and cost actualization * Prepare data‑driven insights, summaries, and recommendations to enable cost and inventory improvements ## Key Skills * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual thinking skills * Demonstrated experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing environment * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, changing environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discip
