THE OPPORTUNITY Join the team powering Hinge Health's next chapter of growth. As we navigate life as a public company, we need a sharp financial mind who can flex across the highest-priority workstreams in Strategic Finance, turning data into the insights that shape how we plan, scale, and tell our story to the Street. This role is intentionally scoped as a generalist seat. In your first 6 months: - Deliver an automated reporting suite that gives leadership real-time visibility into GTM performance metrics (CAC, retention, engagement). - Conduct deep-dive analyses on unit economics for new deals and new offerings to inform investment decisions. - Begin contributing to adjacent Strategic Finance workstreams as priorities shift, including ad-hoc analyses that support Investor Relations and the public markets narrative.   WHO YOU ARE - Adaptable: You ramp quickly into new domains, thrive when priorities shift, and treat scope changes as opportunities rather than disruptions. - A "Learn-it-all": You don't have all the answers, but you bring intellectual curiosity, a bias toward finding the truth in the data, and a willingness to challenge assumptions. - A Hustler: You think big, question the status quo, and find creative ways to turn financial insig
