What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, accounting or related fields, understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close processes, Experience with treasury, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, financial modeling and analytical skills, Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools, Experience working with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly, Comfortable owning a broad range of finance responsibilities in a lean, fast-moving environment, Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or international environments is a plus, FP&A expertise is a plus, Familiarity with BI tools, accounting systems and financial systems is preferred

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help drive strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and business performance across the organization. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support G2i’s financial area and decision-making processes. This role will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the accounting and financials, ensure proper management of the cashflow, develop forecast and business performance, improve reporting and automate the main processes of the area The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and able to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
