## ## Job Description: **Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position** **The Role** As a Senior Financial Analyst within the WI Fidelity Health Finance team, you will deliver impactful and insightful analysis across the organization. The main objective of this role is to help execute Financial Planning and Analysis duties for the Fidelity Health organization including Health and Welfare (H and W), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Reimbursement Accounts (RA) as well as Fidelity Medicare Services (FMS). In a highly matrixed organization, the role will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams to support the annual planning cycle, provide insightful monthly P and L analysis, KPI management, and support ongoing adhoc analytics on the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for consolidating business unit results and delivering a concise executive summary. You will support the creation of detailed financial plans for revenue, expense, and headcount. You will utilize tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting, and analytics that evolve with changes in the business. Additionally, you’ll proactively partner and communicate with business and Finance partners. You will also help define key performance indicators (KPI) and support ongoing tracking efforts. The role will require strong critical thinking skills, an eye for detail and ability to prioritize work. Comfort with data visualization tools and concepts will be a key enabler along with some knowledge and an interest to dive into the Business Unit Strategy.
