What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or a related field, 5-7 years of experience as an accountant, financial analyst or auditor, Experience with developing financial models: budgeting, business expansion/contracting, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Experience building financial models, Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools, Proven ability to analyze large datasets, Identify trends, Support strategic decision-making, Communication and stakeholder partnership skills, Experience presenting to leadership, Ability to work independently, Manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Knowledge of healthcare finance, Preferred experience in pharmacy operations, Preferred experience in 340B programs
