Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 06/12/2026 ** _About this opportunity:_** The Lease Accounting team within the Operations Controllers group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Manager, Lease & Corporate Services Accounting, this role is responsible for supporting the accuracy and timeliness of lease accounting activities, as well as leading key quarterly Contingencies & Commitments (C&C) deliverables. This position plays a key role in quarter-end reporting, including the preparation of Audit Committee materials, while also supporting lease portfolios and contributing to cross-functional initiatives such as acquisitions, dispositions, and system enhancements. **_What you’ll do:_** * Lead quarterly Contingencies & Commitments (C&C) reporting and prepare Audit Committee materials for senior leadership * Review and analyze business submissions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reasonability of financial information * Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a key contact for financial reporting matters * Manage assigned lease portfolios, including lease assessments, classifications, modifications, and remeasurements in accordance with IFRS * Maintain lease data within the Company’s lease management system (CLM) and ensure accuracy of lease-related account reconciliations * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lease reporting, including disclosures, continuity schedules, budgets, and forecasts * Support financial reporting activities, audits, acquisitions/dispositions, system upgrades, and transformation initiatives * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal policies ** _Who you are:_** Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements: * Legally authorized to work in Canada * University degree and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required * Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting and/or finan
