What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. S. in Business field (e. g. , Finance, Accounting), 4 + years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience in 500M+ Revenue Company required, Understanding of accounting and financial theory, Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, as well as ad hoc analysis, Experience with financial modelling, both payroll and non-payroll
Nice to Have
Experience with technology/IT/SaaS company preferred, IT Finance Experience desired, Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and data visualization tools highly desired (Power BI/Tableau), CPA or MBA a plus, but not required

support financial planning

review and analyze information as part of the monthly close cycle
Prepare variance analysis of monthly results vs. prior year
budget and monthly month by month trends
effective operating reports on key drivers of business and company performance
Analyze financial data

Update and provide improvements to financial models
Partner with Cloud operations teams to align financial assumptions around IT Allocations
Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvement recommendations
