Full Job Description
Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Analyst in its DEX (deliver experience) finance team. Amazon India's Delivery Experience (DEX) team is responsible for making delivery faster, more reliable, and more cost-efficient for customers. The team works across delivery speed programs, shipping fee strategy, order consolidation, and last-mile optimization etc.— directly shaping how customers experience the final mile of every Amazon order. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with product and business teams, drive financial planning, measure initiative-level impact, and identify cost optimization opportunities across one or more program areas. Key job responsibilities The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage finances of a high-growth business including: • Performing financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling. Presenting recommendations to business leadership on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives • Provide controllership to the business and build processes that augments transparency and improves controls. • Facilitate financial reviews with business group and work with business leaders to ensure effective finance and cost management. • Develop reporting mechanisms and proactively flag risks to leadership with root-cause analysis and recommended actions • Analyze cost trends across channels and geographies to surface savings opportunities before they become problems • Write clear, insight-led narratives that translate complex data into "so what" recommendations for senior leaders • Collaborate with Cross functional Finance, teams to align on shared goals- Manage financial planning and analysis, forecasting product lines using the key input levers to the business.
