What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of Financial Aid experience, Computer knowledge is requested, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, CampusVue® experience preferred
What You'll Do.
determining eligibility
and processing student financial aid
Processing Verification and Disbursements
Package state and federal aid to eligible students according to regulations and policy
Counselling students and parents
Provides estimates and packaging information
Running reports to ensure work integrity
Interacting with other departments to assist students
Maintaining up to date information on new federal regulations
Assisting with Private Loans
Packaging VA benefits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interacting with other departments to assist students; Help DFA partner with other departments to resolve issues which hinder student success; Help with the training of new hires and provide support for current FA staff; On-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff
Communication Scope
Meet and communicate with current, prospective and alumni students
Process & Methodology
Participate in projects as needed
