This is a temporary role created to support the Controlling workstream, focused on coordinating and delivering high-quality financial information for the carve-out process across 1UL Latam. The role involves close collaboration with Global, regional and local teams to ensure alignment, data integrity, audit readiness and timely delivery in a complex and dynamic transformation environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Act as the central coordination point between Global, regional and local teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables for the project. \- Lead the preparation, validation and consolidation of carve-out financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, audit readiness and robust supporting documentation. o Coordinate and track inputs across cross-functional teams in the regions o Review, validate and ensure quality, completeness and consistency of all information o Ensure proper documentation and audit trail to support reported figures. o Track adjustments, queries and versions of data packs o Analyze and address key accounting matters arising from the carve out o Support
