Must Have
5+ years of experience in FP&A, 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, Direct ownership of OpEx planning, Track record managing operating large expense budgets, Track record delivering forecasts, Track record producing variance analysis, Demonstrated experience building driver-based financial models, Demonstrated experience building scenario analyses in Excel, Proficiency in SQL, History of partnering cross-functionally with Product, History of partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, History of partnering cross-functionally with Design, Experience in a high-growth tech environment, Experience in a fintech environment, Experience in a financial services environment, Comfort operating across multiple concurrent workstreams
Nice to Have
Proficiency in at least one planning tool, Anaplan proficiency preferred, NetSuite proficiency preferred

We own the company’s financial roadmap, from the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts to the in-depth business reviews that ensure we drive efficiency and make informed trade offs As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you'll serve as the financial partner to Consumer leadership, owning the analysis and planning that guides how we allocate resources and drive efficiency across one of Coinbase's largest business lines. The FP&A team owns the company's financial roadmap, from the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts to the business reviews that power strategic trade-offs, and your work will directly shape how Consumer scales.
