What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified CA/ CMA, 1-3 years post qualification experience, Proven experience in building, owning, or significantly contributing to MIS processes, Expert in spreadsheets and preparing management decks, Solid understanding of accounting frameworks
Nice to Have
Prior experience in accounting tools such as Xero, Zoho, Quickbooks, etc is a plus, Prior experience of working in a multi-region, multi-currency setup is a plus, Articleship or prior Big 4 experience is a plus, Experience in integrating AI into workflows, Experience in industry environment / SAAS is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Own and review books of accounts
including prepayments
costs across all entities in the group
Own and manage periodic book closures
Prepare and review standalone and group Financial Statements
Manage both standalone and group audits
quarterly management reporting decks (MIS) to be presented to the top management
Manage the entire financial reporting function across all entities in the group and deliver meaningful insights to relevant stakeholders
Partner with department heads to evaluate the ROI of various initiatives
track budget vs. actuals
and provide actionable variance analysis
Ensure financial information and statements are accurate and available in a timely manner
Continually review and improve the reporting framework within the group
