**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Manage and support strategic and transformation programs/projects that impact Finance * Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives * Demonstrate high-level of management and leadership skills * Engage in definition of project scope and objectives collaboratively with relevant stakeholders and drive alignment in program deliverables/timeline * Drive program execution with cross-functional groups ensuring timelines are met * Displays conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to deliver quality results within set timeframe * Proactively identify issues and risks that may impact the on-time delivery of tasks and deliverables * Provide recommendations to address issues, risks, and other challenges * Regularly communicate with finance leadership on project status, at times escalating for key decisions/support * Participate in proactive resource planning and change management * Coordinate user acceptance testing, and trainings as needed * Promote continual learning and drive a continuous process improvement mindset **Key Skills and Capabilities:** * Proven experience in Program/Project Management * Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects and drive successful outcomes * Demonstrate understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies * Experience implementing large organizational changes utilizing change management methods and tools * Proficient Business and Financial acumen * Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills * Excellent oral and written communica
