Must Have
12+ years tax, finance or related analytical field experience, 10+ years analysis and reporting financial results experience, 8+ years applying key financial performance indicators, 8+ years building financial and operational reports, 8+ years creating process improvements with automation, 5+ years hiring, leading and developing teams, Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
Nice to Have
8+ years participating in continuous improvement projects, 8+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, 8+ years mentoring junior finance and/or business team members, 5+ years working with senior staff, MBA or CPA
What You'll Do.
Own financial model for neutralization pathway evaluation
Manage end-to-end P&L and reporting
Build long-range financial forecasts
Partner with Sustainability
Pressure-test strategy through rigorous financial analysis
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
Provide clear narratives on financial performance
Design and maintain controllership mechanisms for carbon marketplace
Develop scalable capital allocation frameworks
Prioritize investment decisions
Drive free cash flow optimization
Identify cost efficiencies
Improve financial processes
Design and enforce financial policies
Protect integrity of financial records
Increase organizational efficiency
