What You'll Do.
Overall responsibility for cash management
mid-term planning (MTP) as well as internal and external financial reporting
Coordination and preparation of mid-term planning
Ensuring a smooth financial closing process
including reporting via BPC
and preparation of annual statutory financial statements
Group reporting and coordination of internal and external audits
Responsibility for tax accounting and tax compliance
Advising the Managing Director and the Sales team on tax-related matters and optimization opportunities
Ensuring compliance with corporate
Conducting quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilities
Supporting HR functions
in particular payroll
labor law topics and Workday
Active involvement in general compliance reporting via ZSD system and coordination of external certifications and compliance requirements (e. g. IKTVA
