What You'll Do.
Overall responsibility for cash management
mid-term planning (MTP) as well as internal and external financial reporting
Coordination and preparation of mid-term planning
Ensuring a smooth financial closing process
including reporting via BPC
and preparation of annual statutory financial statements
Group reporting and coordination of internal and external audits
Responsibility for tax accounting and tax compliance
Advising the Managing Director and the Sales team on tax-related matters and optimization opportunities
Ensuring compliance with corporate
Conducting quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilities
Supporting HR functions

**Grow with Zeppelin** To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced finance leader to take on the role of **Senior Finance Manager**. This position is intended for a long‑term assignment in **Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail)** and offers the opportunity to assume responsibility in an international environment and to actively shape the financial future of **Zeppelin Systems Gulf**. At the earliest possible date, we are seeking a **Senior Finance Manager** for our location in **Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.** **Key Responsibilities** * Overall responsibility for cash management, budgeting, mid‑term planning (MTP) as well as internal and external financial reporting * Coordination and preparation of mid‑term planning * Ensuring a smooth financial closing process, including reporting via BPC, and preparation of annual statutory financial statements * Group reporting and coordination of internal and external audits * Responsibility for tax accounting and tax compliance * Advising the Managing Director and the Sales team on tax‑related matters and optimization opportunities * Ensuring compliance with corporate, tax and labor laws * Conducting quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilities * Supporting HR functions, in particular payroll, labor law topics and Workday * Active involvement in general compliance reporting via ZSD system and coordination of external certifications and compliance requirements (e.g. IKTVA, ISO) **Requirements and Expected Profile** * Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international industrial or project‑based environment * Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and mid‑term planning, as well as GCC corporate income tax * Experience working with BPC, ITS, ERP and HR systems (Workday is an advantage) * Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility * Leadership experience and a passion fo
