ABOUT VEND Vend Park is building the AI-powered digital infrastructure of the built world. Our team is rewriting how commercial real estate owners manage and monetize parking, using automation, data, and agentic AI to simplify operations and unlock new revenue. This transforms a historically analog system into a modern, software-driven platform. In under two years, we’ve scaled to 23 cities and partnered with leading owners like Nuveen, Jamestown, and Federal Realty. We operate as a small, high-ownership team where decisions move fast and solutions ship quickly and reliably. THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Finance Manager to help scale some of the most critical infrastructure we're building. Until now, our finance function has been founder-led. It has been gritty, hands-on, and successful. Now, we are looking for a partner to take the baton and turn that grit into a scalable, high-velocity machine. This is not a role for someone who wants to hide behind a spreadsheet. This is a role for a builder who will be the guardian of our unit economics, the voice of reason in the boardroom, and the architect of the infrastructure that allows us to scale from Series A onwards. This role reports to the COO and is based on the East Coast. THE HEART OF THE ROLE You are not just "keeping the books." You will own the "Payment to Owners" process, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for, every deposit is tested, and every partner is paid with precision.
