This finance strategist works within the business, collaborating closely with Product and Analytics to build monetization strategies, guide investment choices, and drive revenue growth while ensuring financial diligence and capital control throughout the company. What You'll Do: Act as Financial Co-Owner of the Arena Commercial Engine - Partner deeply with Product Management and Data Analytics to lead the live service economy of Magic Arena. Participate directly in monetization planning, SKU development, promotion strategy, pricing decisions, and player wallet management. Translate player behavior and engagement data into actionable financial insights that build commercial direction. Lead Monetization Strategy and Performance Analysis - Manage analysis of SKU level performance, payer mix, monetization metrics, retention, content cadence impact, and marketing efficiency.
