Job Summary: In collaboration with our external service providers, the perfect candidate will take charge of reporting, audit and accounting, tax, and financial oversight for our group of entities. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work independently, and a readiness to own the process to achieve outstanding outcomes. Dialectic is the investment advisor for several offshore funds that serve investors globally. Therefore, expertise in offshore fund accounting and reporting, along with related disciplines, will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including accounting, financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee the preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss law. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and internal management. Assist in our capital raising activities. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Communicate directly with relevant external parties such as the tax authority and auditors.
