Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most. **Make a real impact** In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Professional to join the Finance Consulting team. * Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions * Advise clients on leveraging digital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda, and optimize finance operations by embedding AI elements * Drive improvements in core finance processes, including budgeting, reporting and performance monitoring * Collaborate with experienced and senior consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution * Participate in client meetings and discussions, presenting solutions and building trusted relationships with stakeholders * Support and supervise the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations and project deliverables * Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams * Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies * Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing coaching, feedback and development opportunities to build team capability **What you bring matters** ​ * 3–6 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, with a strong grasp of end-to-end accounting workflows including month-end closing, management reporting and consolidation * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field * Professional accounting or finance qualifications (such as ACCA, AC
