Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support performance and decision-making across the consumer division. Lead end-to-end divisional finance activities, including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery of outputs. Translate complex financial data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions. Drive and contribute to productivity and transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance and business efficiency. Partner with cross-functional finance teams in an agile environment to design and implement effective financial solutions aligned to business needs. Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing and collaborative finance function. Support senior stakeholders in evaluating financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions across key business initiatives. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred). Extensive experience in finance business partnering, ideally within Sales & Distribution, Underwriting, or General Insurance environments. Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial control frameworks. Proven ability to analyse complex financial information and translate it into clear, actionable business insights. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clear, executive-level narratives.
