What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, grounding in accounting fundamentals, financial modelling, forecasting, scenario planning
Nice to Have
Ideally in software or payments industry, basics of Python, Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar Planning & Budgeting tools, Reasonable understanding of SaaS metrics, financial KPIs, and technology-driven business models, Highly dynamic individual comfortable with rapid changes and evolving priorities, Questions the data, understands the “why, ” and seeks to improve, Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving mindset, Known for delivering accurate, high-stake work under tight deadlines with limited supervision, Enjoys working with sophisticated financial tools and data analytics platforms, Strategic thinker with a technology and data-focused approach to finance
What You'll Do.
Lead expense and headcount planning
and reporting activities across multiple product lines
Deliver insightful financial analysis
Assist the preparation of the comprehensive Board reporting pack for private equity stakeholders
Independently lead complex
unstructured data and analyses that deliver actionable insights on trends
and scenario modeling to executive teams
Translate granular data into intuitive visual and narrative outputs
Build and maintain cost & revenue models that connect operational activities to financial outcomes
Manage capacity models to inform headcount planning and expense forecasting
