Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with our EU 3P Amazon Business (AB), Reseller, and Pricing teams, supporting two of the most strategic growth levers within the EU 3P business. Amazon Business and Resellers are core growth drivers for EU 3P, requiring strong financial partnership to unlock new opportunities, improve profitability, and accelerate sustainable growth. This role will partner closely with business leaders to evaluate new business opportunities, build financial models for strategic initiatives, and assess risks and opportunities across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, brings a strong analytical foundation, and has a proven track record of influencing decisions through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the EU 3P Senior Finance Manager, you will own end-to-end P&L management, planning cycles, and strategic finance support across AB, Reseller business segments, and act as the SME for Pricing initiatives. A key focus area will be helping shape recovery initiatives for the Reseller business, which has faced topline pressure since 2025, while supporting entitlement building for new growth opportunities. This role also requires a strong bias for action to invent and simplify existing processes, automate reporting, and scale analytics mechanisms across the business. You will work closely with business and finance teams across Europe, partnering with Commercial, Pricing, Product, and Central Finance stakeholders.
