Amazon Payments seeks a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Analyst to support the Amazon Payment Experience initiatives across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa), ZA (South Africa), and TR (Turkey) regions. Key job responsibilities • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to support short- and long-term financial planning for the Amazon Payment Experience initiatives in the MEATR region. Prepare variance analysis, financial metrics, and reporting to provide insights into business performance. • Business Partnering: Partner with key business stakeholders, including the Amazon Payments commercial team, to align financial and operational analyses, challenge assumptions, and drive data-driven decision-making. Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial and business goals. • Controllership & Compliance: Enhance finance controllership through the development and maintenance of models, reports, and processes. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, including financial and tax-related regulations. Dive deep to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance. • Strategic Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct financial and strategic analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth. Provide recommendations to enhance payment experience and improve overall financial performance. • Project Management: Lead individual projects from start to finish, including managing timelines, auditing quality/progress to plan, setting priorities, and resolving conflicts with minimal oversight.
