The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This is a critical role that will directly support investment decision making and capital allocation across the business. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in ROI analysis, Opex and headcount modeling, and product finance, with a passion for translating strategic initiatives into clear financial tradeoffs and actionable recommendations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and functional leaders to ensure the company is investing efficiently and scaling sustainably. Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis Develop and maintain ROI-driven financial models to support key strategic initiatives, including product and platform investments, future launches, and incremental headcount. Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning with a focus on cost structure, operating leverage, and spend efficiency Product Finance & Performance Insights: Track and analyze key metrics for strategic product initiatives, including cost to serve, unit economics, and margin drivers at the product or initiative level Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide financial input into roadm
