Responsible for developing, analyzing, and interpreting departmental performance indicators, as well as providing strategic information and support to internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes. **Roles and Responsibilities:** • Manage customer collection portfolios, conducting preventive actions, active collection activities, and credit recovery strategies; • Administer credit insurance related to collection operations, including process monitoring and claim notifications with insurance companies; • Coordinate and oversee the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) responsible for customer payment reconciliation activities; • Monitor collection activities with credit bureaus and relevant authorities, including negative reporting, protest procedures, and settlement regularization processes; • Develop, analyze, and monitor collection department performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of strategic targets; • Perform doc
