What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years experience, ideally in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e. g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau or any similar software
Nice to Have
Experience owning financial reporting and budgeting analysis, including managing in-period pacing of expenses, financial and analytical skills and the ability to break financial processes and concepts into specific tasks and simple terms, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with FP&A systems and tools e. g Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau, Coupa, Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to partner with Accounting and FP&A teams across the organization, Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization, Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments
What You'll Do.
Perform financial analysis
Conduct financial forecasts
Formulate an informed decision grounded in comprehensive financial data analysis
Guide on Investment Strategy
Own and manage the organization’s monthly
quarterly and annual planning with high financial predictability and accuracy
forecast and other financial metric review with leadership teams to include budget
vendor delivery and related cost analysis
Ensure financial objectives such as margins
etc are appropriately analyzed and understood by business partners
Partner with the company’s accounting team for quarter-end close reporting
driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results
Prepare insightful analytics and presentations to help guide strategic directions and provide recommendations to senior leadership
