What You'll Achieve.
drive financial performance; ensure cost discipline; support strategic planning; drive process improvement within Finance workstream and commercial operations; identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and propose mitigation actions; ensure robust spending governance and continuous alignment with the commercial team; proactively identifying issues and escalating them to management with recommended actions; ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with accounting standards; verify the accuracy of uploaded figures; ensure timely SKU costing and completion of A0 to A3 status conversions in SAP

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) / business partnering with financial understanding and modeling skills
Nice to Have
Experience in Audit or Big Four would be advantageous
What You'll Do.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial information
Perform monthly reconciliation of Actuals vs. RLBE / Plan
Monitor SG&A spending
Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
Prepare periodic financial reports
and analytical insights
Ensure timely distribution of cost center reports
Conduct regular (minimum quarterly) Balance Sheet reviews
Support the overall planning and budgeting cycle
Prepare required schedules
Develop Balance Sheet schedules
Prepare load files for Planful
Provide oversight to ensure integrity of pricing maintenance in system
Submit Transfer Pricing requests and perform net cost inquiries
Lead and coordinate the annual cost change process
Support the organization in driving strategic and cross‑functional projects
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis
