Role Overview The Senior Field Supervisor will lead Gridware's in-field team members— the people who manage technicians that partner with utility crews to install Gridscopes for our customers and report to the Senior Manager, Field Operations. This role owns the day-to-day performance, development, and standards of the on-the-ground field team as Gridware scales across customers, regions, and into international markets.  This is a player-coach role. You'll still be on site at peak install windows and to check in on projects and crews, but increasingly your job is making sure the supervisors on your team have what they need to make good calls in the field, hold a consistent quality bar, and develop into stronger leaders themselves.  ## Responsibilities Team Leadership Lead, develop, and manage a team of Field Operations Supervisors anchored to major US regions Own weekly 1:1s, quarterly performance reviews, growth plans, and career development for each direct report Manage hourly field technicians schedules and timesheets Hire new Field Operations Supervisors as the team scales regionally and internationally Coordinate and run trainings for new cohorts of technicians and refresh training for the existing team Build the bench — ide
