B. Sc. or M. Sc. in electrical engineering, Automation engineering applicable, Experience in testing, fault analysis, and repair, Several years of relevant experience in field service, Fluent English, Fluent Finnish, Ability to work independently, Ability to take ownership

Experience in guiding others, Experience in coordinating work
What You'll Do.
Perform on-site work at customer locations
Perform advanced fault analysis
Perform system-level testing
Analyze and repair returned products
Take ownership of complex technical issues
Perform root cause analysis
Support customers in optimizing product performance
Resolve critical cases
Develop working methods at service workstations
Maintain working methods at service workstations
Drive continuous improvement of service processes
Drive continuous improvement of service tools
Drive continuous improvement of service documentation
Receive fault reports
Establish field failure register
Maintain field failure register
Analyze field failure register
Feed back field data to R&D
Feed back field data to product development
Act as a technical lead
Act as a mentor for Service Engineers
Support resource planning
Coordinate service activities
Drive best practices across field service
Provide remote support to customers
Act as a key technical contact
Participate in urgent testing cases
