This role is highly customer‑facing and plays a critical part in ensuring system performance, safety, and long‑term customer satisfaction in demanding environments. The Senior Field Service Engineer serves as a technical expert, trainer, and trusted customer partner, working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys problem‑solving in the field, mentoring others, and working with advanced technology at customer sites in mission‑critical settings. **_As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will:_** * Install, commission, and calibrate electronic and control‑based systems at customer sites. * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software‑related issues in fielded equipment. * Perform factory acceptance tests (FATs), site acceptance tests (SATs), and support customer validation activities using established procedures and test equipment. * Provide timely, professional technical support to customers on‑site and remotely (phone/email), including outside normal business hours as needed to minimize downtime. * Interface directly with customers to quickly and thoroughly analyze problems and implement effective solutions. * Complete detailed service reports documenting wo
