What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ph. D. in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline, In-depth work experience in thin-film deposition or related semiconductor processes, Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders, customer-focused mindset, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrated leadership in team environments, Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment

preferably within an OEM capital equipment company, with a results-driven approach, ability to present technical and strategic content to diverse audiences, ability to supervise and inspire others

Act as the technical lead for complex customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and high satisfaction. Own external field escalations and quality investigations, documenting and publishing lessons learned internally and externally. Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable plans and ensure successful outcomes. Maintain scorecards for owned applications, identify gaps, and drive closure plans to completion.
