What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree or above (Electronics or related), Fluent in oral and writing English and Mandarin, 3 years minimum experience in power module, power supply etc to AI and Cloud application, Demonstrated experience with multiple product cycles at OEM/ODM from research, development, launch to sustaining, Experience working in a customer environment (and without sales supervision), Willing to continuously learn new technologies, Pro-active team leader, communication skills, problem-solving ability, Able to work under pressure, Solid negotiation skills, Good sense of responsibility, initiative and team work
Nice to Have
A Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or higher, Experience with project management and market research & analysis, Experience with AI and Cloud market
What You'll Do.
Providing local technical support and information to customers on a pre-sales and post-sales basis
Assisting customers on complex issues during their AI and Cloud system development
Determining customer product needs and translating these needs into new product recommendations and specifications
Supporting project acquisition with sales team
Contributing to development of complex product roadmaps
Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with R&D

Coordinating product introduction efforts between internal R&D and the customer
