What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to Obtain Public Trust, Bachelor's Degree, TEN (10) or more years of experience in federal law enforcement or border security

Nice to Have

An Active DHS Public Trust, Master's Degree with a focus on law enforcement intelligence, homeland security, or similar, Experience with border security technologies, tools, and field implementation procedures and considerations, Experience presenting trends, research, and recommendations to clients and developing effective briefings and communication products, analytical, writing, and communication skills, History of identifying and utilizing innovative technologies, Experience managing teams delivering to federal senior leadership, Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

advise senior clients on law enforcement technology trends

operational use-cases

and strategize with clients to develop technology roadmaps and strategic analysis products

support transformational initiatives to optimize operational technology processes and programs

Support the strategic visioning

and alternatives analysis for client leadership programs

Support overall strategic framework for problem definition and facilitates executive solutioning sessions to help rationalize leadership direction

Leverage law enforcement experience to provide field support training

and policy insights to identify programmatic enhancements and new investments/divestments to meet operational goals

Lead the development of vision statements

design thinking workshops

and concept of operations related to client leadership program

initiatives and priorities

Develop draft presentations and talking points to support executive briefings

Build trusted client relationships to understand mission needs and deliver tailored

data driven solutions
