The work you do here directly contributes to Europe’s technological independence. ## What you'll do Define requirements and specifications for our production sites based on bill of material and bill of process. Design optimized production plant layouts, considering value stream, cycle times, material flow and safety requirements Work with cross-functional teams from manufacturing, EPC and design to gather requirements for the facility design from an architectural, utility and operations perspective. Own and manage the interface between manufacturing engineering and factory design teams, ensuring transparent requirement and issue tracking, consistent progress, change management and handling escalations. Supervise construction execution from an owners perspective for adherence to planning and timeline targets. Ensure readiness for equipment move-in and commissioning. Supporting permitting processes, providing supporting documentation & descriptions with regards to the manufacturing site. Help develop standards and best practices for fut
