5+ years of experience in supplier and contract manufacturer management within complex manufacturing environments, Proven experience in high-volume and high-mix manufacturing (optical / PCBA / electronics assembly), hands-on leadership on the production floor, driving execution, resolving scheduling constraints, and ensuring accurate performance tracking, Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, driving end-to-end operational performance and execution excellence, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions in dynamic environments, Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively operate in a global, multicultural environment across multiple time zones
