**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the operation and maintenance of various water systems, including Ultra Pure Water (UPW), Non-Potable Water, Reuse, Stripper/Catalyst, Distillation, and Wastewater treatment systems. * Ensure the flawless distribution, collection, treatment, and quality control of water systems to maintain high standards. * Lead the planning and execution of system expansion projects as needed. * Develop and implement strategies for environmental sustainability and engage with government entities on water restoration initiatives. * Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members, encouraging a collaborative and high-performing team environment. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement tasks and achieve objectives. * Respond promptly to system failures and work efficiently to restore water services. **Minimum Qualifications:** * College degree or higher (major not limited). * Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, capable of communicating and presenting reports in the field of water treatment. * More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor water treatment. * Strong planning and integration skills to lead teams and manage projects effectively. * Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration. * Ability to work shifts when required, including temporary support for day/night shifts based on situational needs. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field. * Experience with environmental sustainability initiatives. * Knowledge of local and international water treatment regulations. * Demonstrated success in leading cro
