What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis, Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices, Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Excel, organizational, management, and supervisory skills, Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with and influence customers, both internal and external, Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation systems across a variety of building types including commercial offices and datacenters
Nice to Have
Experience in matrix management organization desirable, Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful
