This advanced role goes beyond routine maintenance—you'll diagnose and resolve critical issues on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems that keep our facilities running at peak performance. Working with minimal supervision, you'll not only maintain operational excellence but also mentor junior technicians and collaborate with management on strategic planning. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who wants to leverage their technical expertise while developing leadership skills in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.
