Must Have
Associate degree, Minimum 10 years plus of experience in pharmaceutical facilities maintenance management, Proficient in the use and administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50, Must be able to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning, Must be knowledgeable with respect to the operation and maintenance of the manufacturing facilities, Demonstrate thorough knowledge of manufacturing equipment and utilities process, using P&Id’s, equipment manuals, specifications, and standard operating procedures, Use proper judgment when deciding about the scope of work for any corrective work order, Possess good mechanical knowledge and skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, 5 years plus of direct or indirect leadership experience, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), communication skills, Facilities Management background of GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing operations, computer skills including Microsoft office, Proactively looks for opportunities to educate group and external departments, Able to influence within the organization and provide leadership to the team, Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic and diverse environment, Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritize maintenance related issues with managers, manufacturing, Facilities and Engineering, QC, supply chain, CMMS, cleaning, and QA personnel

Schedule and document maintenance related services
Partner and communicate with key stakeholders
Develop maintenance strategy
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Develop maintenance plans
Develop frequency schedules
Collaborate with safety teams
Collaborate with quality engineering teams
Collaborate with manufacturing teams
Review and update maintenance SOPs
Ensure CMMS data integrity
Prioritize areas for improvement
Conduct functional equivalency assessments
Support equipment troubleshooting efforts
Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Drive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) improvement
Serve as Reliability Engineering subject matter expert
Lead implementation of predictive maintenance technologies
Participate in technical reviews
Contribute to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Contribute to commissioning
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Identify waste reduction opportunities
Identify energy reduction opportunities
Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives
Manage change control tasks
Track maintenance performance metrics
Maintain maintenance performance metrics
Publish maintenance performance metrics
Perform other duties as assigned

Actively partner and communicate with key internal/external stakeholders; Collaborate with safety, quality engineering, and manufacturing teams; Support or lead equipment troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance team; Serve as the Reliability Engineering subject matter expert (SME) during audits; Participate in technical reviews for equipment design projects; Contribute to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and commissioning of new or modified equipment as needed; Coordinate and prioritize maintenance related issues with managers, manufacturing, Facilities and Engineering, QC, supply chain, CMMS, cleaning, and QA personnel
